Richard has been representing sellers and buyers of residential real estate for the past 25 years and specializes in country club and waterfront properties in the Palm Beaches area. He has sold hundreds of homes and condos over the years and has always made providing first class customer service his priority. Richard’s past clients truly appreciate his care, advice, and availability. When you hire Richard that’s who you get. Not an assistant. Richard got his real estate start in the development end of the business working on a 2-year project which involved land acquisition, design, build, and sale of an architectural hillside home in Los Angeles.
When the time comes to negotiating on his clients behalf Richard puts his over two decades of sales experience to work which starts before any offer ever comes in or goes out. It starts with listening. Knowing what to say and when to say it. Sometimes silence in a negotiation can be just as powerful. Richard’s clients are at a true advantage if real motivations can be exposed.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder with continuing education from UCLA in construction management and from Santa Monica College in architecture. Richard’s interests include, golf, backpacking, guitar, and exercising. He is also a big foodie and loves to cook.
Community service is also very important to Richard. He has been volunteering at Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach for almost 2 years as an education docent and evening turtle walk presenter. The goal is to inform school children and the general public about our oceans, conservation, and sea turtle rehabilitation. It’s a great organization with great people.
