Clubhouse Fitness Center
Our two-level Fitness Center provides the perfect atmosphere for your wellness needs. The first level includes our fitness floor, comprised of the latest technology in cardiovascular, functional, and strength training equipment, a self-stretching area, assisted stretching area, private consultation office, physical therapy clinic, group fitness studio, and retail boutique. The upper level contains three beautiful Pilates studios for group and private Pilates sessions, as well as a spinning studio that allows for spinning classes and group TRX functional training.
Village Fitness Center
Our Golf Village Fitness Center features sprawling floor-to-ceiling windows to complement our modern, updated equipment. Enjoy a driving range and golf course view as you burn calories on our Precor treadmills, ellipticals, AMT, upright and recumbent bikes, and our popular Nu-Step trainer. Our free weight area is updated with the latest in fitness equipment, including two functional trainers, a wide range of dumbbells, TRX suspension training, and kettlebells. We also offer a dedicated stretch area, complete with a comfortable table and stretching aids. Professional trainers are available in this facility by request.
At The Fitness Center we are flexible about doing the things the way you like it. We offer a variety of group classes to help you stay active. Group Fitness is a fun and fulfilling way to meet friends and stay in shape. The Club at Admirals Cove offers classes in nearly all facets of fitness and wellness in dedicated, well-appointed studios. Choose from Yoga, Core Alignment, Cardio Circuit, Dance Fitness, Spinning, and Pilates. Group fitness gives members an opportunity to spend time with a spouse, family, or friends, and the social aspect of group fitness is also a nice incentive to continue exercising on a regular schedule.
