A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Brad spent six years after college steadfastly pursuing his dream of earning his card on the PGA Tour. After retiring from professional golf in 2000, he channeled his competitive drive into luxury real estate, where he has built a distinguished career representing high net worth clientele.

Shannon Ball, a native Floridian, brings a unique perspective and sophisticated approach shaped by her deep roots across the state. With a degree in Political Science, she began her career in public service as Chief of Legislative Affairs for the City of Jacksonville. She later held partnership roles in prominent Florida lobbying firms, representing clients ranging from emerging ventures to Fortune 250 companies. They founded the Tipsy Turtle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting U.S. Navy SEALs and other special operations forces transitioning home from service.
